As amenity designs and plans are developed for Preservation, a focus will be on creating opportunities for both planned and unplanned activities. It is our goal to create a wealth of programs that will appeal to a variety of homeowners, whether they are young professionals, young families, older families or active adults. Many are passive, such as the extensive walking paths that wind to the water or historic sites, such as The Ruins. Others will be active such as Health and Fitness facilities and The Training Pool at the Preservation Club.
