Stonehouse, which is being developed by GS Virginia, is comprised of six key areas:
- Mill Pond at Stonehouse – Over 500 families enjoy this community nestled among wooded rolling hills.
- Stonehouse Golf Club – Part of Traditional Golf Properties, the Stonehouse Golf Club winds through Mill Pond and was named “One of the Top 10 New Courses You Can Play” by Golf Magazine in 1996.
- Preservation at Stonehouse – A future 3,600 acre master-planned community which will be nestled between Ware Creek and the York River.
- Stonehouse Glen – A Ryan Homes neighborhood of single-family homes priced from the mid $300s. Residents of Stonehouse Glen will have access to the new Laurel Grove Park within Preservation.
- Stonehouse Town Center – With two miles of frontage along I-64, Stonehouse Town Center will be the commercial and retail hub of the community with an office park, shopping venues, restaurants, and civic uses.
- Stonehouse Commerce Park – a 95-acre light industrial, office and warehouse park located south of I-64.
